Aubie Claus is $75 and includes three (3) poses. A professional photographer will be onsite taking pictures, and you will receive high-resolution digital files (jpeg) of your poses with Aubie via email. Photographer and digital files are included in the cost of Aubie Claus.

Aubie Claus photo sessions will take place at Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum. Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum is an event space located in the heart of Auburn's campus adjacent to Jordan-Hare Stadium.

A pre-qualification drawing will take place online with registration taking place from Monday, September 21, 2026, at 8 a.m. CST through Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. A link to the pre-qualification drawing registration form will be available on this page.

We ask that you only purchase one time slot per household/address (i.e. one per household/family residing together). Please use your permanent residential address during the registration process. Do not use a student/temporary address, second home, or business address.

No, you may only register with one address.

The requests for time slots exceed the number of time slots available each year. Limiting the reservations per household allows for more members of the Auburn family to participate.

No, you may not apply for time slots on behalf of a friend or relative, as a gift, or to sell. By completing the transaction, you certify that the time slot is for your personal use. Photo identification and receipt will be required upon arrival.

Those who are selected will have from Monday, October 5 until Friday, October 9 to reserve their time slot on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are selected in the pre-qualification drawing, there will be a guaranteed time slot for you, however, you are not guaranteed your first preference for time of the day you're selected for.

Unfortunately, no refunds, rain checks, exchanges, or replacements will be made once payment has been received and the spot is confirmed.

You can notify us via email at aubieclaus@auburn.edu to let us know you will no longer be able to attend the event. We will accept your $75 for the photo session as a non-tax-deductible donation to the Aubie Program and we will work with you to ensure you still receive all purchased merchandise.

Not, BUT on Wednesday, October 14, any unclaimed time slots will be released in a Second Chance sign-up (first-come, first-served). You are not guaranteed a time slot will be available if you were not selected in the pre-qualification drawing.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted at Aubie Claus.

However, service animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome throughout the venue. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and should be on a leash, harness, or tether, unless using one would interfere with the animal’s ability to perform its specific tasks.

T-shirts will be on sale from Monday, September 21 through Sunday, October 11 at 11:59 p.m. CST.

If "pick-up" is selected as the method of delivery, t-shirts will be available at the event location and can be picked up at Aubie Claus, starting on the first day, November 5th.
