How to Request Support or Refer a Student

  • By Phone: Call us at 334-844-1305 to request support during business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.). If it is after business hours, leave a message and a staff member will get back with you by the next business day.

  • By Drop-In: You can walk into the office in the Melton Student Center during business hours (Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.) for a drop-in appointment with a staff member.

  • Online: Submit a referral online. Please do not use this form to report emergencies or time-sensitive requests. Submissions are reviewed when University offices are open, and will be responded to within one business day.
