Gentle Yoga for Parents and Family Members

This 55-minute Gentle Yoga class is designed exclusively for parents and family members and includes slow flow and static poses.  Leave feeling calm, connected, and alert! The class takes place in the Mind/Body Studio overlooking Jordan-Hare Stadium. Yoga mats and props are provided! This class is capped at 35 participants.

Lucky Man Studio Tours

Take a behind-the-scenes look at Lucky Man Studio, Auburn’s world-class recording facility, during this 30-minute tour. Designed to serve commercial clients while providing students with real-world learning experiences, the studio features cutting-edge technology, including a Dolby Atmos system and a Yamaha Disklavier grand piano. Guests will also learn about the Clayton Recording Arts Honors Program and the professional recordings and performances produced in the studio. Space is limited to 15 participants per tour and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fall Family Weekend Early Check-in

Families can check in early for the Fall Family Weekend tailgate at one of two locations: Cater Lawn or the Auburn Sportsplex. Parking is available at the Sportsplex. During check-in, families will be able to pick up wristbands for the tailgate, as well as t-shirts and tumblers. Students are welcome to pick up these items for their families.

Intro to Wine Tasting

Auburn professor, Dr. David Martin, will guide you through approachable techniques for tasting wines while dispelling common myths. This 45-minute Stretch and Relax class is designed exclusively for parents and family members and includes 30 minutes of mindful stretching and breathwork followed by 15 minutes of guided relaxation.  This is the perfect class to reset your mindset. The class takes place in the Mind/Body Studio overlooking Jordan-Hare Stadium. Yoga mats and props are provided! This class is capped at 35 participants.

Eagle Flight
