Tiger Card system upgrade scheduled for July 20

The Auburn University Tiger Card system will undergo a software upgrade on Monday, July 20. The upgrade is expected to take approximately one day and will temporarily affect Tiger Card transactions and account access.

What to expect:

  • Student and faculty/staff meal plans and dining dollars will be unavailable on July 20.
  • Tiger Club purchases, both on and off campus, will be unavailable during the upgrade process.
  • GET mobile app balances will be unavailable until the upgrade is complete.
  • Summer dining locations will remain open and will accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
