Registering for Panhellenic Recruitment
Registering for recruitment is an important step in beginning your membership journey. Before beginning your registration, you should review the information below to ensure you feel confident before starting.
Registration Deadline
Primary Recruitment registration closed on July 14, 2026. Students who wish to register after the deadline should contact the Greek Life Office at 334-844-4600. Late registrants will be subject to an increased fee of $300.
Registration Fees
The fee to participate in recruitment is $165, and will be charged to your AU Student eBill. These fees cover all operating costs of recruitment and include one t-shirt. Additional shirts may be purchased for $15 each.
During registration through Campus Director, you may see the following message:
“No fees currently set up! Please contact the council.”
This message is normal. You do not need to contact Auburn Panhellenic. This notification appears because the recruitment fee is not collected through the registration platform. Instead, the fee will be applied directly to your Auburn e-Bill in July or August.
As long as you receive confirmation that your registration has been submitted, you are all set and ready to participate in recruitment in August.
Recruitment registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Recruitment Communication
Be sure to regularly check your Auburn email for updates and important information from our team. Parents and students can expect to receive emails prior to and throughout primary recruitment.
Editing Your Registration
Need to make changes to your existing registration? Follow these step-by-step instructions to make changes to your account. Please note that we cannot guarantee chapters will review any materials that are added, updated, or changed after your initial registration is submitted.
Letters of Recommendation
A recommendation serves as your introduction to a sorority and gives its members a chance to get to know you before the start of primary recruitment. A “recommendation letter” is supporting documentation that an alumna of a sorority can complete on behalf of a student interested in joining a sorority.
You are not required to secure recommendations to receive a bid. While letters of recommendation are not required to participate in recruitment, PNMs can contact sorority alumnae or an Alumnae Panhellenic for assistance.
T-Shirt Information
T-shirts are worn by potential new members (PNMs) during Philanthropy round of recruitment. While one shirt is included in registration, many PNMs opt to purchase additional shirts.
- ONE t-shirt is included in the registration fee.
- Additional t-shirts may be added to your registration for $15 each.
- The deadline to order extra t-shirts through PNM registration is July 7, 2026.
