2026 Recruitment Dates

Registrants should be prepared to dedicate their week to Panhellenic Recruitment. There will be times outside of the schedule when they will be required to meet with their Recruitment Counselors.

• June 1: Recruitment Registration Begins Online
• July 7: Deadline to Order Extra T-shirts Through Registration
• July 14: Registration Deadline
• July 31 - August 6: Panhellenic Ice Water Teas Canvas Module Open
• July 31, August 1, August 3: Returning Member Move-In
• August 4-6: Potential New Member Early Move-In
• August 6: Panhellenic Recruitment Kickoff*
• August 6: Ice Water Tea Canvas Modules Close 11:59 pm
• August 7: PNM Welcome Brunch & Ice Water Teas Round
• August 8 – 10: Philanthropy Round
• August 11 – 13: Sisterhood Round
• August 14: Preference Round
• August 15: Bid Day
• August 17: Classes Begin

*All PNMs should plan to be in Auburn by 5:00 pm to attend Recruitment kickoff.

Registering for Panhellenic Recruitment

Registering for recruitment is an important step in beginning your membership journey. Before beginning your registration, you should review the information below to ensure you feel confident before starting.

Important Registration Deadlines to Keep in Mind

• June 1: Recruitment registration opens online. Be prepared to complete the registration form in one sitting. Your progress will not be saved if you navigate away from your browser.
• July 7: The deadline to edit your T-shirt order and to purchase any additional T-shirts for $15 each. After this date, extra T-shirts can no longer be ordered.
  • A limited number of additional shirts may be available for purchase during recruitment on a first-come, first-served basis for $20.
• July 14: With the exception of T-shirt orders, you may continue to log in and make edits to the rest of your registration until this date.

Registration Fees

The fee to participate in recruitment is $165, and will be charged to your AU Student eBill. These fees cover all operating costs of recruitment and include one t-shirt. Additional shirts may be purchased for $15 each.

Recruitment registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Letters of Recommendation

A recommendation serves as your introduction to a sorority and gives its members a chance to get to know you before the start of primary recruitment. A “recommendation letter” is supporting documentation that an alumna of a sorority can complete on behalf of a student interested in joining a sorority.

You are not required to secure recommendations to receive a bid. While letters of recommendation are not required to participate in recruitment, PNMs can contact sorority alumnae or an Alumnae Panhellenic for assistance.

T-Shirt Information

T-shirts are worn by potential new members (PNMs) during Philanthropy round of recruitment. While one shirt is included in registration, many PNMs opt to purchase additional shirts. 

• ONE t-shirt is included in the registration fee. 
• Additional t-shirts may be added to your registration for $15 each.
  • The deadline to order extra t-shirts through PNM registration is July 7, 2026.
