The Auburn University Student Affairs Stategic Plan 2035 is a forward-looking roadmap designed to elevate the student experience and strengthen the Auburn Family. Rooted in the Auburn Creed and developed through a collaborative, data-informed process, this plan reflects the voices of students, staff, faculty, and campus and community partners.

At its core, the plan is built upon 10 foundational themes identified through a comprehensive SWOT analysis. These themes, ranging from student centered engagement and belonging to innovation, collaboration and staff development, represent the critical strengths and opportunities that will guide Student Affairs in fostering a welcoming, empowering and transformative envirionment for all students.
