Tiger Dining is welcoming Auburn students back to campus with several new dining options and updates for the fall 2026 semester. From new restaurants and food trucks to expanded menu offerings, there are plenty of ways for students to find something new to enjoy this semester.

New options at Central Food Hall

Three new retail locations — Noba, Mezze and Magnolia Deli — are now open in Central Food Hall, located under The Edge by Central Market. All three locations accept Dining Dollars through mobile ordering.

Noba offers a modern take on ramen, featuring handcrafted broths, fresh noodles and customizable bowls with premium proteins, vegetables and finishing flavors. The concept was developed in collaboration with the owner of Toro.

Mezze brings Mediterranean-inspired flavors to campus with customizable bowls and platters featuring fresh grains, vegetables, proteins, toppings and house-made sauces.

Magnolia Deli serves sandwiches made with house-smoked meats, freshly baked bread and chef-crafted sauces. Students can build their own sandwich or choose from signature selections featuring high-quality, local ingredients.

New South Campus Food Truck Park

Students, faculty and staff on the south side of campus now have a new place to grab lunch, snacks, coffee and more. The new South Campus Food Truck Park is located behind the College of Education Building.

The park will feature Roaming Tiger, Turn & Burn, Philly Connection, Travelin' Tom's and Ben's Soft Pretzels. Other food trucks will continue to operate at locations throughout campus.

New to Tiger Dining, Roaming Tiger is a Tiger Dining-operated food truck that accepts meal swipes. The menu features grilled chicken tenders, wraps, chips and more.

Sweet treats from Sophie Sweets

Founded by Auburn student Sophie Snyder, Sophie Sweets is a local business bringing homemade cake cups to campus. Students can find Sophie Sweets cake cups at the Student Center and Village War Eagle Supply Co.

TigerZone new offerings

TigerZone has several updates for the new school year, including an expanded salad bar with more ingredients and options for creating a personalized salad.

The popular Dole Whip is also coming to TigerZone this fall. Already available at The Edge and Wellness Kitchen, the frozen treat will now be available at TigerZone as well.

Two stations introduced last semester — Roam and King's Hawaiian — will also return this fall following a successful debut. Both stations will feature new menu items for students to enjoy.
