Content Creation and Editing

You have something to say, and we can help you find the best way to say it. From choosing the best approach for your message to deciding on the proper words to use, we can help craft your message for maximum impact regardless of length and format. Submit a request through our request form.

Digital Signage

We can promote your event, resources or department through digital signage that is displayed in the Melton Student Center and Student Activities Center. When appropriate, we can help share your signage in other campus facilities, including the library, residence halls and academic buildings. Departments can work with our team to ensure digital signage requests meet our guidelines. Submit a request at aub.ie/digitalsignage.

Graphic Design

When it comes to making an impact, having visually appealing assets is key. Our graphic design team partners with marketing specialists to create a visual language for Student Affairs departments that connects and resonates with the intended audience. We create engaging experiences, develop innovative solutions for multiple outlets and help departments make a visual connection. Some of our services include fully integrated campaigns to branding systems, environmental graphics to print collateral, motion graphics and event promotions. Marketing Strategy

If you want to ensure your constituents are aware of your programming, services, events and support, developing a strategic marketing plan is your first step. Photography

A picture is worth a thousand words, and our photographers are skilled at capturing images that will compliment your marketing needs. Encompassing candids, action shots, portraits and more, we partner with photographers who represent a wide range of styles and collaborate with our graphic design team to offer dynamic visual products. Promotional Items and Apparel

Do you have an upcoming event and want to order promotional items or apparel? We can work together to identify the best products to meet your budget and promotional needs. Fill out our project request form to get started.

Promotional Videos

A promotional video is a great way to entice an audience to engage in your programs, services and events. We partner with video production artists to develop visually engaging, concise and impactful videos for social media, web or events. Social Media

Student Affairs uses social media platforms to build community and foster engagement with audiences. We are available to work with individual departments to support social media efforts and campaigns, consult on strategy and best practices, and provide industry updates and resources. Strategic Communications Support

Communicating is more than just getting out your message. It’s crucial to have a comprehensive plan which begins with identifying your intended audience, developing the specific messaging and choosing the right methods of dissemination.
