About the Plan
The Auburn University Student Affairs Strategic Plan 2035 is a forward-looking roadmap designed to elevate the student experience and strengthen the Auburn Family. Rooted in the Auburn Creed and developed through a collaborative, data-informed process, this plan reflects the voices of students, staff, faculty, and campus and community partners.
At its core, the plan is built upon 10 foundational themes identified through a comprehensive SWOT analysis. These themes, ranging from student engagement and belonging to innovation, collaboration and staff development, represent the critical strengths and opportunities that will guide Student Affairs in fostering a welcoming, empowering and transformative environment for all students.
