Annual tradition brings together all 18 sororities for a night of performance, philanthropy, and lasting community impact
Auburn University’s Panhellenic Council continued a beloved tradition of service and celebration during Greek Sing 2026, bringing together all 18 Panhellenic sororities for an evening of performance, philanthropy, and community engagement.
Held on April 16, 2026 in Neville Arena, Greek Sing 2026 welcomed more than 8,000 attendees for the annual dance competition, which highlights creativity, collaboration, and Panhellenic pride while raising impactful support for the Auburn-Opelika chapter of Habitat for Humanity. This year’s event raised $178,292.77 in total.
Beyond fundraising, Panhellenic members deepened their impact through hands-on service, contributing over 300 service hours across three Habitat for Humanity workdays, supporting the construction of homes that directly benefit families in the Auburn-Opelika community.
The evening culminated in a series of awards recognizing excellence in performance and philanthropic commitment. Alpha Chi Omega earned first place overall with its winning performance, “Alpha Chi’s Dancing with the Stars.” Chi Omega placed second, followed by Zeta Tau Alpha in third, Alpha Omicron Pi in fourth, and Phi Mu rounding out the top five.
Additional recognitions included:
- Creativity Award – Delta Delta Delta

- Top Fundraiser – Sigma Sigma Sigma
- President’s Award – Pi Beta Phi
- Director’s Award – Kappa Kappa Gamma
“One of my favorite parts of Greek Sing is the way it brings together all eighteen chapters”, says Mary Caroline McHaney, Auburn Panhellenic Director of Greek Sing. “It is always so rewarding to see a group of women come together to work towards a common goal.”
For decades, Greek Sing has been a cornerstone of Auburn Panhellenic’s commitment to service, showcasing how student-led initiatives can create lasting community impact while celebrating the spirit and unity of sorority life. Over the past five years, this signature event has raised more than $850,000 for the Auburn-Opelika chapter of Habitat for Humanity, making Auburn Panhellenic the local organization’s largest financial supporter.
“Greek Sing highlights the impact of student-led collaboration and service in our community. It’s a powerful example of students leading with purpose and creating meaningful connections that extend beyond campus”, says Lindsay Holdren, Director of Greek Life.
Events like Greek Sing reinforce Auburn Panhellenic’s ongoing commitment to service, demonstrating how student-led efforts can create meaningful, lasting impact for families in the Auburn-Opelika community.
