Get Movin’ with Moose

About: Join Dr. Moose, the therapy dog, for a 3-mile walk around the Auburn campus. Dr. Moose knows how effective exercise can be in positively affecting mental health. When Dr. Moose is mov’in, he’s a happy, happy dog. You’ll also have the opportunity to pet his very soft ears!

When: 8:00 AM on Mondays and 4:00 PM on Fridays

Where: Dr. Moose and a couple of his Student Counseling & Psychological Services handlers will be on the concourse outside the Student Center’s Starbucks

Cost: Free

Yoga Classes

Join Campus Rec for yoga- all different kinds! As long as you have a group fitness pass, you are welcome to all classes.

When: Monday 5 PM (Basics) & 7 PM (Power), Tuesday 6:30 AM (Sunrise) & 5 PM (Power ), Wednesday 12 PM, 5 PM & 7 PM (Yoga Stretch), Thursday 6:30 AM (Sunrise) & 5 PM, Friday 11:30 AM

Where: Mind Body Room, Campus Rec

Cost: Group Fitness Pass Required

Active Minds Meetings (bi-weekly)

Active Minds is a student organization open to all students who are passionate about destigmatizing mental health and learning about mental wellness. Join us for a meeting and see if you like it!

When: Bi-weekly: October 22nd and November 19th

Where: Student Center Room 2223

Cost: Free- No Organization Dues

Meditation Classes

Come meditate with Campus Rec! Learn how to use different mindfulness techniques with an instructor. Classes are free to all students, even those without a group fitness pass.

When: Mondays & Fridays at 4 PM

Where: Mind Body Room, Campus Rec

Cost: Free- No Group Fitness Pass Required
