ACADEMIC SUPPORT
The Academic Coaching program maintained an appointment fill rate – the number of appointments filled versus the number of available appointments – of 90.9% in March 2019.

 

ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility proctored 720 exams in March 2019, a 25.3% increase from March 2018.

 

AUBURN CARES 
Auburn Cares received 123 referrals in March 2019, a 44.7% increase from 85 referrals received in March 2018.

 

CAMPUS DINING 

Tiger Dining partnered with the College of Agriculture for the third-annual Beyond the Farm Ag Week event, which served 1,000 attendees.

 

CAMPUS RECREATION 
Campus Recreation hosted the RECxpo spring job fair on March 25 and welcomed 181 interested applicants, a 5% increase from spring 2018.

 

CAREER SERVICES & COOPERATIVE EDUCATION
The spring 2019 Auburn University Career Fair had 650 participants, a 78% increase from the 366 participants in spring 2018.

 

ENROLLMENT OPERATIONS
Through prospective student communications via email, print and tele-counseling, Enrollment Operations made 52,648 contacts with high-school sophomores, juniors and seniors in March 2019.

 

FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE
As of March 2019, First Year Seminar and Learning Community applications reached 338, a 76% increase from applications received at this point in March 2018.

 

GREEK LIFE
287 students, staff and community members attended the Love, Mom & Dad presentation on March 26.

 

HEALTH PROMOTION & WELLNESS SERVICES
From August 2018-March 2019 the registered dieticians met with 179 individuals, a 37.7% increase from the 130 individuals met with August 2017-March 2018.

 

MEDIA & MARKETING
The Auburn Plainsman saw 3.5 million Facebook impressions in March 2019, a 400.4% increase from 697,506 impressions in March 2018.

 

MEDICAL CLINIC
The Medical Clinic had 4,234 patient visits in March 2019, a 7.3% increase from 3,947 visits in March 2018.

 

PARENT & FAMILY PROGRAMS
The Auburn University Parent’s Association Facebook page currently has 7,148 likes, a 22% increase from March 2018.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Safety & Health staff conducted Pre-Recruitment Life Safety meetings with all 18 Panhellenic chapters in preparation for fall recruitment.

 

STUDENT CENTER 
The Student Center Game Room had 665 visitors in March 2019, a 7.4% increase from 619 visitors in March 2018.

 

STUDENT CONDUCT
In fall 2018, the average Interfraternity Council case (from initial report of an incident to the completion of the investigation report) took an average of 16 calendar days, a 4.3 day decrease from 2017.

 

STUDENT COUNSELING & PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES
1,185 individual, emergency and group sessions were conducted in March 2019, a 1% increase from March 2018.

 

STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
The BIG Event, a one-day service project benefiting the Auburn & Opelika community, had 961 student volunteers serving at over 190 individual job sites.

 

UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS
More than 3,000 prospective students and families visited for an official campus tour in March 2019, an 11% increase from March 2018.

 

UNIVERSITY HOUSING
As of March 2019, University Housing received 5,123 applications since the application launch, a 23.7% increase from applications received at this point in March 2018.

 

UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS
5,314 general and departmental scholarship notifications were sent to 4,094 incoming and current students in March 2019 for the 2019-20 academic year, a 9.1% increase from notifications sent March 2018.

 

VETERANS RESOURCE CENTER
In March 2019, there were 574 visitors to the Veterans Resource Center, an 8.3% increase compared to 530 visitors in March 2018.
